Unreasonable design of dump semi-trailer structure

2. Adopt standardized welding process
The welding process is done for 30 minutes more, and the standardized and modularized welding process is adopted in the tipper semi-trailer, and the welding seam length, welding seam position and reservation are standardized for the first time through the decomposition of work stations to ensure the solid welding of each vehicle.
100% of the whole car adopts full-thickness wear-resistant steel, and the bottom plate does not use hot-rolled plate, but extruded cold hardened steel for the first time. Compared with the existing similar products, more wear-resistant, solid and more resistant to build.
