1. Weekly or routine checks prior to each shipment
Weekly inspections are performed by the user and require the following checks to be performed before each week or each shipment (whichever occurs first).
(1) Check the tire pressure and adjust it to the pressure value recommended by the tire manufacturer.
(2) Checking the tightness of the tire screws.
(3) Check the brake system for air leaks and test to see if the brakes can be applied.
(4) Check the tightness of all suspension nuts and bolts.
(5) Check the tractor and semi-trailer brake connections.
(6) Drain the air reservoir and air suspension chambers.
(7) Inspect all lamps.
(8) Inspect and ensure outriggers are in proper working order.
(9) Inspect moving parts for wear and tear.
(10) Check the hydraulic system for leaks, oil shortages, and loose fasteners in the cylinder pulley assembly.
(11) Check the coupler link bolts for looseness, and check the coupler ball head for looseness and abnormal wear.
2. This trailer needs to be inspected monthly (by the user)
(1)Check the looseness of all suspension parts (according to the torque data provided).
(2)Checking the steel plate springs for breakage.
(3)Inspect all braking system fittings, hoses for damage, and hose clamps for missing.
(4)check that relay valves and other valves are working properly.
(5) Inspect tension rod bushings for wear.
(6) Check the brake drum for cracks or abnormal wear.
(7) Inspect axles for leaking lubricant.
(8) Check all fasteners that are used on outriggers, tires, etc. (in any case, nuts, screws and other fasteners should be tightened to the recommended torque parameters).
(9) Check for abnormal wear of traction pins
(10) check for proper brakes.
(11) Lubricate outriggers and traction pin plates/traction pins.
(12) lightly lubricating the brake camshaft.
(13) Lubricate cylinder pulley set pins, bushings, wire ropes and chains, and lubricate platform rotation pins, bushings and other moving parts.
(14) Replace any worn parts with replacement parts approved by the Company.
3. Annual comprehensive maintenance of semi-trailer.
After 6 months from the start of use of the vehicle, a comprehensive inspection will be carried out every 12 months to safeguard the performance of the vehicle (including maintenance at 6 months). The scope of inspection is the same as the terms of the above monthly inspection, plus the following terms.
(1) Remove the brake drums and thoroughly inspect the brake shoes for any additional or unwarranted wear.
(2) Inspect brake shoe return springs, brake bushings, camshaft sleeves, brake shoe rollers, etc. for damage.
(3) Inspect the bearings.
(4) Inspecting axle attachment components.
(5) Thoroughly inspect the vehicle structure and report any problems immediately.
(6) Check the hydraulic fluid and replenish it if it is found to be missing.
(7) Replace all worn or damaged parts with the replacement parts recommended by the Company.
