What should I pay attention to in the operation and maintenance of powder tanker?

1. Powder tanker loading operation instructions

1.1 Confirm that there are no high voltage lines or dangerous obstacles above the vehicle, stop at a safe position and pull the hand brake.

1.2 Go up the escalator to the loading operation platform of the vehicle, open the unloading valve first (usually at the top of the tank), if there is gas inside the tank, you can hear the sound of air flow, when you can't hear the sound and feel no air flow with your hand on the outlet, then you can confirm that there is no gas inside the tank before you can open the material cover.

1.3 Open the manhole cover and rotate the operating lever along the opening direction.

(1) Danger: When walking up and down the operating platform along the handrail, please pay attention to safety to prevent slipping and falling. Especially in water or icy condition, anti-slip measures should be taken.

(2) Caution: Opening more than two material covers will help to vent the air when feeding and speed up the feeding.

(3) Danger: It is strictly forbidden to open the lid when there is high pressure gas in the tank!

(4) Danger: No trained and qualified person is strictly prohibited to operate

(5) Danger: People who are afraid of heights or whose physical condition does not allow, are strictly prohibited to operate!

(6) Danger: If you go down to work inside the tank, be sure to park the car, pull on the hand brake, and bring the car key, while someone outside the tank is on guard to prevent the material cover from closing automatically and the vehicle from starting!

1.4 According to the site requirements of loading, the forward material mouth needs to be aligned with the outlet of the feeder, park the car, pull the hand brake and turn off the engine. Turn on the feeder and make the material release to the front bin.

1.5 Close the feeder when the front bin is full, and turn on the feeder to release the material to the back bin.

(1) Note: Make sure there is no wire, stone and other foreign objects and lumpy materials inside the tank before loading.

(2) Note: Make sure the material to be loaded does not have caking phenomenon, if there are some caking, filter can be used.

(3) Note: When the material specific gravity is small, in order to improve the loading capacity, it can be used to close the front material cover, make the vehicle drive slowly, and then brake, the material will fill the front bin due to inertia, and then the rear bin is loaded again.

(4) Note: For the bulk car with three bins, the loading order is front, middle and back.

(5) Danger: If the material has a high specific gravity, the loading volume should be strictly controlled! Strictly in accordance with the rated tonnage of the vehicle loading, overloading on the vehicle components and exercise speed safety will bring serious danger! Overloaded wheels will also crush the road!

1.6 After all bins are filled, stop at a safe position where there is no danger above the vehicle and pull the hand brake. Go up the escalator to the vehicle's loading platform and close the bleeder valve and all material lids.

(1) Note: Before closing the material cover, clean the seal, material cover, dust and other debris on the operation platform.

(2) Note: It is strictly forbidden to use casing and other force-raising devices when closing the material cover, and it is strictly forbidden to use foot pedal, otherwise it may cause personal injury and damage to the material cover.

(3) Danger: In the state of opening the material cover, there is a danger of spilling material to hurt pedestrians and pollute the environment!

(4) Danger: No trained and qualified person is strictly prohibited to operate!

(5) Danger: People who are afraid of heights or whose physical condition does not allow are strictly prohibited to operate!

2. Unloading operation instructions

2.1 When the vehicle enters the unloading position, the place should be flat and without slope, park the vehicle and pull the hand brake.

2.2 Check whether the valves are in normal position; the inlet valve should be in open position and other valves in closed position.

2.3 Open the discharge pipe, fix the clamp, move the discharge pipe and connect the joint with the ash storage tank pipe joint. It should be firm and tight, and the joint surface should be smooth and clean without ash accumulation.

2.4 Open the balance method, start the diesel engine, and control the compressor speed within the rated speed by adjusting the diesel engine throttle.

2.5 When the gas pressure reaches 0.2 Mpa, close the balancing method, open the help blowing valve, make the pipeline smooth, then close it, then open the front (back) bin discharge disc valve and start unloading.

2.6 The material is sent out smoothly through the discharge hose, and the air pressure inside the tank is stabilized for a period of time and then gradually decreases. When the air pressure inside the tank drops to 0.05 Mpa, turn off the diesel engine. (If it is a double-bin semi-trailer, close the rear bin butterfly valve when the pressure drops to 0.08 MPa, then the pressure will have a certain rise after stable unloading, and turn off the diesel engine when the pressure drops to 0.05 MPa)

2.7 When the air pressure inside the tank continues to drop to 0 Mpa, close all the discharge butterfly valves, close the discharge pipe and finish unloading.

3. Lift the powder tank and unload the material.

3.1 Before lifting, shake down the left and right rear legs to fully support the flat and hard ground (the ground should not be tilted), check the level meter to ensure the frame is level.

3.2 When lifting and discharging, it can't be lifted to the maximum angle at one time, it should be lifted and discharged in three equal parts to prevent overturning.

4. Maintenance guide of powder tanker

4.1 The chassis part of the car is shown in the original car information.

4.3 Where there is a grease nozzle must be greased once a month.

4.4 The rated pressure of the safety valve is 0.2 Mpa must not be greater than this value. When unloading, the safety valve handle can be triggered to use high-pressure gas to blow away the accumulated ash to ensure smooth flow.

4.5 Check valve must be inspected every two months, and the spool must be replaced or overhauled and ground every six months.

4.6 The tank body is strictly prohibited to have water and other liquids and debris enter. If any of these phenomena occur, the tank must be dried or clear the debris before use.

4.7 When the new car is used for 1-2 weeks, the tank seat should be tightened with the car beam connection, and then retightened once every half month to prevent the bolts from loosening and damage.

4.8 The upper cover of the material mouth processing combined surface, should often eradicate the cement condensed on the combined surface, to ensure that the upper cover and the material mouth sealing ring closed tightly, no air leakage, otherwise the material cover is easy to be blown away.
