45000 Litres Aluminum Tanker Trailer is mainly used to transport fuel,petrol, oil, diesel, gasoline, petroleum, ethanol an oher liquid substances.
The aluminum fuel tanker tank size can range from 30000Liters to 60000Liters.
The tank trailer compartment can be divided into 1~9 compartments according to customer’s need.
The aluminum tanker suspension can be mechanical leaf spring suspension or airbag suspension, and axles can be 3 and 4 axles.Tires can be single tire 385/65R22.5 or double tires 12R22.5 or 315/80R22.5 etc..

Structural features of BAPUTI aluminum semi trailer tanker:
Tank body processing:
1、Adopt 17m American imported high-speed CNC milling machine cold processing, to ensure that the precision of each plate is in line with the design requirements.
2、Large TIG plate automatic welding machine, single-sided welding double-sided molding, to ensure that the weld seam welding molding beautiful; 100% flaw detection rate
3、Italy imported CNC plate coiler, high precision, fast forming, so that the curvature of the tank body to meet the design requirements.
4、Simplified TIG automatic welding of the ring seam of the simplified body is adopted, with beautiful molding.
5、After passing the X-ray flaw detection, the weld seam of the simplified body is then tested by special air pressure and water pressure tooling to ensure the quality of the weld seam.
6、The tank assembly adopts the same arc positioning tooling to make the waveproof plate fit perfectly with the simplified body.
Anti-wave plate and end plate:
1、Adopt integral type head and waveproof plate, with good impact resistance.
2、Adopting automatic water pressure to rise, the height of rising is higher than the same industry level, and the strength is greatly increased.
3、Adopt one-time automatic punching and flanging process to improve production quality and efficiency.
Traveling mechanism:
1、The longitudinal beam adopts high strength steel, high strength and light weight.
2、The longitudinal beam, crossbeam and accessories are punched as a whole to improve the accuracy of hole position.
3、The walking mechanism assembly adopts the leading professional chassis beam production line in China, which is riveted and formed at one time to enhance its strength and torsion resistance.
