What are the components of Cement Tanker?

Cement Tanker mainly includes two parts: Cement Tanker vehicle chassis, powder bulk transport special equipment. The chassis of the vehicle is the floor of the vehicle, bulk powder transportation special equipment mainly consists of four components: additional drive system, tank assembly, piping system and ancillary equipment.

How does the Cement Tanker work?

The working principle of Cement Tanker, the compressed air from air compressor or external air source enters the air chamber through the pipeline, and then passes through the fluidized bed at a critical suspension speed greater than that of cement particles (this speed is guaranteed by the air compressor displacement and fluidized bed area), the cement particles on the bed are blown out of the support of the vaporized bed by the airflow and float upward, and the distance between particles increases, at this time the cement on the fluidized bed has a liquid-like nature and is fluid. With liquidity, and then discharged from the tank under the action of pressure difference inside and outside the tank, to achieve the purpose of gas discharge.

Cement Tanker mainly uses the fluidization characteristics of powder for unloading, and powder fluidization means that after the airflow flows into the powder layer from the bottom of the container, when the airflow speed reaches a certain value (0.015 m/s for cement), the friction between the particles and the powder is the same as the weight of the particles, so the particles are no longer dependent on the fluidized bed, but can move freely from high to low, so that the upper surface of the powder particles is always in a horizontal state, like a liquid state.

The energy of the powder particles is transferred to the air compressor through the moving parts such as the pickup and the drive shaft. The compressed air flows into the tank through the compressed air and liquefies the powdered material through the liquefaction equipment and sends the powdered material with the gas to the designated place through the discharge line due to the pressure difference inside and outside the tank.

1.Inlet pipeline

The gas output from the air compressor enters each compartment through the check valve and ball valve. The front and back of the check valve are equipped with safety valves to prevent damage to the air compressor due to too much pressure in the pipeline in case of an accident, and the safety valve is adjusted to discharge pressure of 0.2Mpa. The secondary blowing line, connected to the discharge line, plays the role of auxiliary blowing in the discharge process, including ball valve, rubber hose and help blowing valve, and the blowing valve can stop the flow of powder into the pipeline. External air supply source is when the user is using external compressed air, will not use the Cement Tanker air compressor. The upper part of the tank is equipped with unloading valve, which can discharge the remaining pressure in the tank before the user opens the material cover and when it stops in the middle.

2. Discharge pipeline

Discharge pipeline mainly consists of suction port, butterfly valve, discharge steel pipe, discharge pipe joint, discharge hose, etc.

Discharge hose: Wear-resistant steel wire discharge hose with a diameter of 100mm is used.

Butterfly valve: sealed by rubber sealing ring, the rubber ring can be replaced after wear and tear, without replacing the whole butterfly valve, which can reduce the cost of use.

There is a shock-resistant pressure gauge installed on the tank to monitor the change of air pressure inside the tank, which is used to guide the unloading.

The operation of Cement Tanker should pay attention to the 9 precautions

1. Don't over speed and over pressure operation when driving bulk cement truck, over speed and over pressure will seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine is shown in the table of main technical parameters, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa.

2. Don't start or stop the air compressor quickly, but increase the speed or decelerate slowly, otherwise, the punching pressure will damage the air compressor.

3. Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will not supply oil which will seriously damage the machine.

4. Don't stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, powder and granular materials may backflow into the cylinder and cause serious damage to the air compressor.

5. Check the oil mark before starting the machine. The oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark; it is necessary to frequently check whether the oil pump is supplied with oil, and if it is not, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, otherwise, the lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.

6. The lubricating oil should be replaced on schedule. After 30 hours of using the new machine, discharge the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. After that, change the oil once a year as mentioned above.

7. to check and clean the oil filter. Under normal circumstances, it should be checked and cleaned once a quarter, if the machine usage rate is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month.

8. The lubricant used in this machine is CD40 diesel oil. Prohibit the mixing of different brands of lubricants, otherwise the lubricant deterioration will affect the lubrication effect.

9. every 30 hours of work to maintain and clean the air filter. While rotating the cartridge, use compressed air with pressure less than 0.6MPa to blow from inside to outside. After five times of maintenance, please replace the cartridge with a new one. It is strictly forbidden to clean the cartridge with oil or water.
