Ⅰ Horizontal cement tanker  

The centerline of the tank body is horizontal, and the tank body can be a single compartment, or two compartments can be separated.

Advantages.

2.The volume of the tank is larger.

3.faster unloading speed: generally only one or two bins, tank pressure building time is short, faster unloading.

Disadvantages.

Only used for bulk transportation of powder with good fluidization performance.

ⅡVertical powder tanker

Vertical powder tank car's tank centerline is vertical, the vehicle can carry one or more vertical tanks. The lower part of each cone is arranged with fluidized bed, and the inclination angle is large, which can ensure that the materials contained in the tank can slide down to the fluidized bed at the bottom of the cone quickly and smoothly. When the lower part of the fluidized bed is fed with compressed gas, under the action of the fluidized bed, the material will reach the designated storage container through the discharge port via the pipe.

Advantages:

1.The range of materials shipped is very wide, powder and granular materials, powder and granular materials, lump materials are available. Granular material can be discharged by pneumatic force, and lump material can be discharged by gravity self-unloading.

2.The residual material rate is very low. Inclination angle is large, can effectively ensure that the material smoothly slide down to the fluidized bed at the bottom of the cone, and the area of the fluidized bed is small, so the residual rate of the material in the tank is very low.

Disadvantages.

1.The center of gravity of the whole vehicle is slightly higher than that of the horizontal powder granular material transport vehicle.

2.The unloading process takes a little longer than the horizontal powder granular material transport vehicle of the same volume. Because the tank is generally multi-bin structure, after each bin is unloaded, the air pressure in the tank needs to be raised to a certain value before the next bin can be unloaded, so the unloading time is longer.

3.The manufacturing process of vertical powder granular material truck is more complicated than horizontal powder granular material truck, and the cost of the whole truck is higher.

Ⅲ Lifting type cement tanker

The tank structure of the lift type powder granular material carrier is relatively simple, the front end of the tank is arranged with a hydraulic lift cylinder, the end of the cylinder body is welded with a similar cone structure, and the fluidized bed and discharge outlet are arranged at the bottom of the cone.

Advantages.

1.Single-compartment structure, when the tank is lifted, it is equivalent to a compartment of a vertical powder granular material carrier, so the unloading operation is easy and the unloading speed is the fastest.

Disadvantages.

1.the thickness of the tank is thicker than other types.

2.due to the addition of a set of hydraulic lifting system, the price of the whole vehicle is higher; higher requirements for the site and weather when working.
